ECPI College of Technology is a leading private college offering
degree, diploma, and certification programs in Technology, Business,
and Health Sciences. We are currently seeking an Online Instructional
Designer who thrives in a fast paced, challenging work environment.
Instructional Designers are responsible for: -Conducting learning/training
needs analyses and working with campus administrators and faculty
to assess, identify and provide solutions for learning. -Reviewing
performance data and measurements of current training resources
and programs to evaluate program performance. -Identifying vendor
solutions and maintaining vendor relationships -Reviewing external
development options to determine feasibility and ROI. -Project
management including all phases of the analysis design, development
and assessment process. -Administering the Course Management System
(familiarity with Angel & Moodle) -Creating, designing, and
testing Interactive Lectures using Macromedia Flash, Dreamweaver,
Adobe Photoshop, xml, and javascript. -Creating web design projects
and creating and editing graphics -Hand coding HTML, and creating
Cascading Style Sheets.
Qualifications -Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design or related
field (or equivalent combination of education and experience.)
-Two or more years of experience in training or higher education
-Demonstrated experience with at least one of the following programming
languages: HTML, DHTML, CSS, JavaScript, and XML -Experience working
with current technology and multimedia to develop and apply to
training programs such as Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Flash, Fireworks,
Captivate, and/or Microsoft Office.
