August Lunch Meeting: Training and Development
Credibility by Leveraging the Science of Behavior
Training and development professionals, internal and external,
are being asked by their clients to design courses that drive results.
When results don't improve, clients may claim that the training materials
were ineffective; causing a credibility issue that must be addressed.
Join Mark Biteler Of Aubrey Daniels International to gain insight
into a time tested approach for not only improving the communication
between learning and development professionals and those they serve,
but for dramatically improving human performance as well.

*What is the Luncheon Registration Fee? The cost
SEVA ASTD incurs for the CVENT Registration RSVP function has previously caused
each luncheon event to be a budgetary expense. As a non-profit organization,
this loss raised concern. In order to continue the luncheons and “break
even” with the event registration costs, the SEVA ASTD board voted in favor
of a $5 registration cost for non-SEVA ASTD attendees. SEVA ASTD members will
continue to have free luncheon registration as a member benefit.
